Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OhMyPayroll, a Canadian payroll and HR platform operated by Finvo Inc. ("Finvo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using OhMyPayroll on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. The service
OhMyPayroll provides tools to process Canadian payroll, manage employee records, generate tax documents (such as T4 slips and ROEs), and share pay statements with employees. Payroll calculations are provided as a convenience; you remain responsible for reviewing outputs and meeting your obligations to the Canada Revenue Agency and applicable provincial authorities.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. We verify email addresses and may suspend accounts that appear compromised, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.
4. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed on a per-company, recurring basis as described at sign-up. Fees are stated in Canadian dollars unless noted otherwise. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing on reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.
5. Your data and responsibilities
You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us the rights needed to host and process that data to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of payroll inputs, for maintaining required records, and for remitting amounts owed to tax authorities on time.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfering with normal operation, reverse engineering the platform, or using it to violate any law or the rights of others.
7. Service availability
We work to keep OhMyPayroll available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finvo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the service or other users. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes we will provide notice through the application or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
